The trained journalist worked as an editor for ten years. Already during her traineeship she learned to love gastronomy in the former star hotel “Schwarzen Bock” in Wiesbaden and she never let go. In 2001 the mother of two kids to take the step into self-employment and founded a high-quality catering service. While in the beginning she supplied birthday parties and offices, larger orders and important customers were soon added. Catering for the launch of the BMW 1 Series, for example, was a kind of initial spark for her from today’s perspective. Today, Christina Herold still supplies customers from the “early days” with her company.
