Made to measure instead of mediocrity!

What matters to us for every customer is the personal conversation and the individual offer that does the name “KREATIV Catering” satisfy. A “catering off the rack” or 08/15 are excluded with us. Because nothing is worse than food degenerating into pure food consumption. Ingredients should arouse emotions, menus seduce all senses and meals should become experiences.

A good brew – the basis of all soups – must still simmer for a night in our fast-moving times if it is to meet our demands. In our refrigerated warehouses and storerooms you can still find vegetables that don’t need to be defrosted but still need to be peeled, fresh meat that needs to be processed and not regenerated, decorations that not only look good but are healthy and delicious – and in our kitchens there are still chefs who know what you can make out of them.

Despite high quantities and continuous use for our customers, quality, freshness, taste, appearance, service and organisation must be 100% right – whether in the Rhine-Main area, in Düsseldorf, Nürnberg, Hamburg, Berlin or any other place; whether in use for your trade fair appearance, conference, meeting, concert, party or wedding…

Our chefs have paid special attention to high-quality products, which are bought from regional suppliers and prepared with love by our team. Sustainability and the topic “Meet your food” are our focus – we want to know where our food comes from. And we only process what the season has to offer us. Because, in addition to regionality, seasonality plays a role for us, as well as products that come from German cultivation and do not leave a negative ecological fingerprint due to long transport and refrigeration distances. In our autumn kitchen we will not have raspberries, but apples, apricots and quince. There will not be the green asparagus, but fennel, potatoes & kohlrabi.

When food is prepared with passion and love, when it is rounded off with charm and star-like refinement, when first-class service is a matter of course and special requests are fulfilled with a smile, when everything is organised in such a way that the customer can enjoy the role of host as much as the culinary delights, … then you have a signature … then you have our signature!
