The trained journalist worked as an editor for ten years. Already during her traineeship she learned to love gastronomy in the former star hotel "Schwarzen Bock" in Wiesbaden and she never let go. In 2001 the mother of two kids to take the step into self-employment and founded a high-quality catering service. While in the beginning she supplied birthday parties and offices, larger orders and important customers were soon added. Catering for the launch of the BMW 1 Series, for example, was a kind of initial spark for her from today's perspective. Today, Christina Herold still supplies customers from the "early days" with her company.
The business administration graduate likes to put his heart and soul into his work and enjoys breaking down barriers. Until 2007 he was successful as manager for SAP at Deutsche Bahn. Then the native of Hamburg decided one hundred percent, as second managing director and co-owner, to enter the catering business of his wife Christina. Andreas Herold is not only good at numbers and business, but is also - not only at home - an extremely talented hobby chef. Since November 2014, two daughters have been enriching the lives of Christina and Andreas - and the two of them have also taken up this challenge with passion and enthusiasm and as a team, so that business and family life go hand in hand.

Since 2006 Andrea Klaus is part of the KREATIV team. She joined the company as a lateral entrant, studied tourism and transport. Already during her studies she gained catering experience in the VIP area at the German Touring Car Championship (DTM) or the 24-hour race. Today, she is the head of the Event & Fair division at KREATIV Catering. She looks after the key accounts; and thus events throughout Germany and masters the nationwide trade fair business. From the idea to planning and implementation to follow-up work, she is at the customer's side and leaves no stone unturned to make (almost) every wish possible for the customer.
Toni KnipschildHead of Purchasing / F&B Management
He is a team player through and through. And with this in mind, Toni Knipschild has already achieved a great deal after only a short time in the KREATIV team. The 37-year-old father of two children and former Berliner joined the creative team in 2017 and was appointed Head of Purchasing in just a few months in addition to his duties as F&B Manager. Toni Knipschild has more than 18 years of professional experience in the field of gastronomy, event management, event catering & hotel business at home and abroad. Last stop as F&B Manager was in the 5 star Hotel Deimann in Sauerland as well as the 4 star Hotel Störmann. Here he was instrumental in the Hofstube Restaurant being awarded a star by the Guide Michelin.
Vincenzo NeriKitchen Management / Kitchen Director
He is Italian, a passionate cook and connoisseur, and says of himself that he is a passionate host. With a great love for the naturalness of the products and opulent tables, he surprises the guests again and again. Vincenzo Neri was born in Germany and grew up in Italy. Early on, the now 46 year old developed an enthusiasm for catering, which challenges him every day anew and is his creative drive. His stations: Hotel Hessischen Hof/Frankfurt, Hotel El Amidal in Agadir/Morocco, head chef of a large Wiesbaden-based caterer and since 2010 at Kreativ Catering at the top of the kitchen. In autumn 2019 Vincenzo Neri took over the position of Kitchen Director.

"I like to cook anything, as long as it tastes good,"; says Chris Hergeth of himself. The 35 year old native of Schweinfurt brings his cooking talents to the point. Because he is not afraid of contact: Whether classic, regional, vegan or fusion food, Chris Hergeth feels at home everywhere and is constantly inspired anew. The event professional has worked in the Park Restaurant at the Brenners Park Hotel in Baden Baden, Restaurant Vitrum Ritz Carlton Berlin, Fischers Fritze at Christian Lohse and most recently as chef at Kofler & Companie/Frankfurt.
