When our chef Vincenzo Neri cooks, he always has a maxim: what the seasonal & regional cuisine has to offer is on the table. And of course we are now cooking in autumn with what our Hessian region has to offer. Among other things, quinces have now been harvested. Our cooperation with regional fruit farmers enables us to conjure up delicious and smart dishes that show quince in all its facets: From grandma’s delicious jelly cuisine to sweet desserts, creations with star level.
